If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Traveler") and Via Turquia ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our").
Via Turquia is a tour operator based in the Republic of Turkey, offering guided tours, travel packages, and related tourism services across Turkey, including but not limited to Istanbul, Cappadocia, Ephesus, Pamukkale, Antalya, and other destinations. Our services include organizing group and private tours, arranging transportation, accommodation, meals, and entrance fees as described in each tour itinerary.
Bookings can be made through our website, by email, or by contacting our team directly. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from Via Turquia and the required payment has been processed.
Group tours have minimum and maximum participant requirements. We reserve the right to cancel a tour if the minimum number of participants is not reached, in which case a full refund will be issued or an alternative date offered. Maximum group sizes vary by tour and are specified on each tour page.
When making a booking, you must provide accurate personal information for all travelers in your party. Incorrect information may result in denied boarding or entry and is solely the responsibility of the traveler.
All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated. Prices in other currencies (such as USD) are indicative and based on current exchange rates at the time of display.
Tour prices include the services explicitly listed in the "What's Included" section of each tour. Any services not listed are at the traveler's own expense.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. For certain tours, a deposit may be accepted with the remaining balance due before the tour start date. Payment can be made via the methods available on our website.
Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Once confirmed, the price is locked for that specific booking.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@viaturquia.com. The following refund policy applies based on the notice period before the scheduled tour date:
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, war, or other events beyond our control), Via Turquia will offer either a full credit for a future tour or a full refund at our discretion.
If Via Turquia cancels a tour for any reason, travelers will receive a full refund or the option to rebook on an alternative date at no extra cost.
Via Turquia reserves the right to modify tour itineraries when necessary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, road closures, government regulations, or other logistical factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide alternatives of comparable quality. Minor changes to the order of activities or timing do not constitute grounds for a refund.
It is the traveler's sole responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any other travel documents required for entry into the Republic of Turkey and any transit countries. Via Turquia is not liable for any issues arising from inadequate or invalid travel documentation.
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, lost luggage, and personal liability before departure. Via Turquia does not provide travel insurance.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in the selected tour activities. Any medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, or mobility limitations must be disclosed at the time of booking. Some tours involve physical activities such as walking on uneven terrain, climbing, or exposure to extreme temperatures. Via Turquia reserves the right to refuse participation if a traveler's condition poses a risk to themselves or others.
Via Turquia acts as an organizer and intermediary for tourism services. While we carefully select our partners (hotels, restaurants, transport providers, and local guides), we are not liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of these third-party service providers.
Via Turquia shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, terrorism, pandemics, or governmental actions.
We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during tours. Travelers are advised to keep valuables secure and not to leave personal items unattended.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the traveler for the specific tour in question.
All content on viaturquia.com, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, tour descriptions, and software, is the property of Via Turquia or its content providers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. No part of this website may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without prior written consent from Via Turquia.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Turkey.
