Itinerary
Istanbul → Ephesus & House of the Virgin Mary
Early morning pickup from your Istanbul hotel (around 04:00 AM) and transfer to the airport for the flight to Izmir. Upon arrival, meet your guide and travel to the Ephesus area. Explore the magnificent ancient city of Ephesus: the Temple of Artemis, the Greco-Roman ruins, the Gate of Magnesia, the Odeum, the Grand Theatre, the Temple of Hadrian, the Library of Celsus, and the House of the Virgin Mary. Lunch is included. After the tour, transfer to your hotel in Kusadasi for an overnight stay.
Pamukkale & Hierapolis → Transfer to Cappadocia
Early departure from Kusadasi (around 07:00 AM) heading to Pamukkale (approximately 2.5-3 hours). Discover the stunning white travertine terraces of Pamukkale, the Cotton Castle, the petrified cascades, and the ancient city of Hierapolis with its basilica, theater, and Roman baths. Optional visit to Cleopatra's Pool (extra fee). Lunch is included. After the excursion, transfer to the bus station for the overnight bus to Cappadocia, or upgrade to a domestic flight (supplement available).
North Cappadocia Tour
Arrival in Cappadocia early morning. After some free time to rest and settle into your cave hotel, begin the North Cappadocia tour around 10:30 AM. Visit Pasabag (Monks Valley) with its unique mushroom-shaped rock formations, Devrent Valley (Imagination Valley) with its lunar landscape, Avanos — the charming pottery town, Uchisar Castle viewpoint, and the Göreme Open-Air Museum with its rock-carved churches and chapels. Lunch is included. Return to your cave hotel in the evening.
Optional Balloon Ride + South Cappadocia → Istanbul
Optional: Early morning hot air balloon ride over Cappadocia (extra cost, weather-dependent). After breakfast, begin the South Cappadocia tour around 10:00 AM. Visit Love Valley / Göreme Panorama with breathtaking views, the Red and Rose Valleys with their fascinating canyon landscapes, Cavusin — a picturesque village with unique troglodyte houses, an underground city used by ancient communities, and the Valley of the Pigeons. Lunch is included. Transfer to Kayseri Airport for the evening flight to Istanbul. Arrival and transfer to your Istanbul hotel. End of services.
